About Me

I have a deep passion for supporting people who are struggling with their mental health, and I am genuinely committed to walking with you through life’s challenges so you can grow into your full potential. Together, we will create a collaborative, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and supported as you work toward meaningful change in your life.


I am a trauma-informed therapist and use an integrative approach, drawing from Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Written Exposure Therapy to tailor our work to your unique needs. For the past 6 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with survivors of trauma—including physical, sexual, emotional, psychological, and financial—helping them move toward healing, resilience, and a stronger sense of self.
